Hello, and good morning, everyone. The day of the speech contest  has arrived. Before we begin, I’d like to say a few words.

I want to express my gratitude to the teachers who helped prepare for today and provided guidance.

To the 16 speakers  who will take the stage,you have worked hard  up until today.  I hope  all of you  shines brightly.

I’m sure  you can express  what you want to say clearly and with heartfelt emotion.

And to everyone gathered here today:I think  of this contest  not as a competition,but as an opportunity  to refine our communication skills in English.

I believe  this is a wonderful chance for everyone to understand different cultures through learning English.

Listen to your friend’s speeches and learn something meaningful for yourself.

I am looking forward to seeing the moments where your creativity  and passion  shine.
